ocr: For those customers with contracts, Screen 3 of the Service Call Record displays all items under contract. The dispatcher can select the items that need serviced on the particular call. These items will be displayed on the dispatch ticket. Once the information is entered, a ticket can be printed by simply pressing the ESC key from Screen 2. Notice the many other function keys available to help the dis- patcher efficiently manage service calls.
